Our Method

What We Value

Individuals and interactions over processes and tools

Working software over comprehensive documentation

Customer collaboration over contract negotiations

Responding to change over following a plan

How We Manage It

Step 1: Work with the customer to understand their requirenemts by creating and prioritizing their backlog

Step 2: Setup sprint, which will be one to two weeks, and release calendar

Step 3: Conduct a planning meeting at the start of each sprint to pull features off the backlog

Step 4: Develop, test and integrate features at the top of the backlog and hold daily Scrum meetings

Step 5: Conduct a sprint review by demonstarting new functionality and gather feedback from the customer

Step 6: Repeat steps 3, 4 & 5 until the customer is satisfied with the application

Why We Do It This Way

The customer is in charge of what features are worked on and when they are worked on

The customer may decide the project is done before all the work in the backlog is complete and that is great

Successful project require constant customer interaction

Things don't go as planned

Priorities change quickly

Sometimes something is better than nothing
